- Wann: 13.–15.11.2026 Fr – So
- Wo: Amerikahaus München, Karolinenplatz 3, 80333 München
- Für: 12 – 18 Jahre, kein Vorwissen
- Preis: zahl, was du willst (0–120 €)

- **Programmiere. Bau Prototypen.** Mit Lötkolben, 3D-Drucker, Python und eigenen Ideen. Echte Apps, echte Gadgets, echte Ergebnisse.
- **Diskutiere.
Fehlende Mitbestimmung? Hier entwickelst du echte Lösungen — keine Theorie.

### Hacka… was?!

Du wolltest schon immer mal dein eigenes Spiel bauen?

##### Graffiti in VR

### Tickets: Niemand soll wegen Geld fehlen.

- **Kostenlos — 0 €:** Geld soll niemanden vom Mitmachen abhalten.

Anmelden: https://anmeldung.qdrei.info/zefix/26-h/

### What’s this about: Naming the problems — and tackling them.

_with code, creativity and teamwork_

- **Program. Build prototypes.** With soldering irons, 3D printers, Python and your own ideas. Real apps, real gadgets, real results.
- **Discuss. Take a stance.** On digital ethics, politics and art. Because good tech always comes with social responsibility.

### Hacka… what?!

A hackathon is an event where you build something real from an idea, together with others, in a short amount of time. The name comes from "to hack" (finding creative solutions) + "marathon" (an intense, long event). You don’t have to be a pro — just curious.

### Who can join? You, between 12 and 18.

_with or without experience — doesn’t matter_

Prior experience is cool, but not required. You’ll work in small teams, with experienced mentors by your side the whole time.

ZeFix takes place in Munich — Bavarian teens are our main audience. But teens from other German states (or beyond) are very welcome too. Grab your spot, we’ll take care of the rest.

_low-key, no pressure_

Curious, but a whole hackathon weekend feels like a lot to start with? Come by on Friday and check it out. If you’re registered for the whole weekend, the workshops are included.

From 4 to 6 PM, parallel workshops — 3D scanning, Graffiti in VR, Games with Scratch, AI & values, AI & creativity. No experience needed, just give it a try.

- **Low-key:** For anyone who wants to try it out — no experience, no pressure.
- **Hands-on, not lectures:** Scan objects in 3D, spray in VR, build your own games, debate AI.
- **Teens only:** 12 – 18 years. Pros from tech & culture as mentors.
- **Direct follow-up:** Caught the bug? Sign up on site on Friday for the weekend hackathon — as long as spots are left.
- **Also bookable on its own:** Just Friday? There’s a separate workshop ticket. Registered for the hackathon weekend? Then the workshops are already included.

#### The workshops

##### Moral.exe: What can AI say about politics, and who gets to decide?

with Maximilian Nominacher (Bavarian State Agency for Civic Education) · AI · Discussion

Chatbots answer homework questions, give advice and sometimes weigh in on topics that have no easy answers. But how do they get there? And who actually decides what an AI may say and what not? In this workshop we explore together how AI systems are trained to behave “correctly”, and why that is anything but obvious. We look at which values are built into chatbots, whether they should be political or neutral, and what that means for us as users and as a society. We try things out ourselves, debate controversially and develop our own positions. No experience needed, just curiosity and a desire to think along.

##### From real object to digital twin!

with Marcel Klein · 3D scanning · max. 8 spots

Did you know your smartphone is actually a 3D scanner? We’ll show you how to turn museum pieces into digital twins using simple photos! You scan the objects and edit them with real pro tools like RealityScan, Postshot, Blender and SuperSplat. And the best part: your model doesn’t stay trapped on the screen. We’ll show you what you can do with a digital twin and fire up our 3D printers, so you can even hold your own creation in your hands over the course of the weekend!

##### Mini game jam with Scratch

with Joscha Giebelen (JFF · Games Festival) · Games · Coding

Always wanted to build your own game? In this workshop you get to know Scratch, come up with a game idea as a team and quickly turn it into a playable prototype. At the end, everyone playtests each other’s games. No experience needed.

##### Graffiti in VR

with Lina Styrnol (Bezirksjugendring Oberbayern) · VR · Art

In this VR graffiti taster workshop you can try out what spraying in virtual space feels like. With a VR headset and controllers you design your own lettering, shapes and images. Experiment with colors, sizes and perspectives and let your graffiti take shape right in three-dimensional space. Get a first taste of VR graffiti and discover the new possibilities this art form opens up in virtual space.

##### Your imagination meets AI! A creative workshop with chatbots

with Anna Valeska Strugalla (Museum Education Center, MPZ) and Ronit Wolf · AI · Creativity

What happens when we rework famous artworks with the help of language models? Who owns the art we create by feeding prompts to an AI? And what comes out when we let a chatbot interpret our own art? In our workshop we explore how chatbots work and let our imagination run wild. Finally, we travel through time and design our museum of the future with the help of AI.

### What to expect: A whole weekend full of code, pizza and real connection.

- **One weekend:** Code, pizza and real exchange.
- **Workshops by pros:** From tech, culture and politics.
- **Small teams:** Work on your own project — no competition, no jury.
- **Mentors:** By your side the whole time with tech and ideas.
- **Real change:** The chance to kick something off — beyond the weekend.

### Tickets: No one should miss out because of money.

_choose your own contribution — 0 to 100%_

- **Solidarity ticket — €120:** You can afford it and support others.
- **Regular — €80:** The real cost per spot.
- **Free — €0:** Money shouldn’t keep anyone from joining.

You decide how much you pay when you register — no explanation, no questions asked. If you give more, you make it possible for someone who can give less to take part. That’s the whole trick.

Register: https://anmeldung.qdrei.info/zefix/26-h/

### Mentors: Pros who build with you — not talk at you.

_Tech, culture, politics_

- **Tech pro:** Coding · Hardware
- **Culture maker:** Storytelling · art
- **Politics & ethics:** Discourse · stance
- **Maker:** Soldering · 3D printing

We’ll announce names once the roster is set.

#### You don’t have to be an expert — just willing to show up.

No computer science degree, no teaching qualification needed. You accompany a team, help where you can, celebrate with them — you’ll figure out the rest together. Even a few hours over the weekend help.
