iHeartMedia flipped the switch at noon, transforming “93.1 The Mountain” into a vibrant mix of genres. Think Green Day, Bruno Mars, Imagine Dragons, Nelly, Coldplay, No Doubt, and Eminem – a playlist that heavily leans into the nostalgic sounds of the 90s and 2000s. The launch kicked off with a bang, featuring Eminem’s “Without Me,” AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck,” Jagged Edge’s “Let’s Get Married,” Panic! At the Disco’s “High Hopes,” and Big Pun’s “Still Not A Player” featuring Joe.

With a 2.4 share in the Holiday 2025 Nielsen Audio ratings, Neon 93.1 enters a competitive landscape, going head-to-head with Beasley Media’s Classic Hits 96.3 KKLZ and the Hot AC duo of Audacy’s “Mix 94.1” KMXB and Beasley’s 107.9 KVGS.
