Empowering Africa's Future: Join the Mandela University Africa Hub (2026)

Are you ready to empower Africa's future leaders? The Mandela University Africa Hub (MUAH) is on a mission to ignite the potential of young African entrepreneurs and ICT professionals, and we need your expertise! But here's where it gets exciting: we're not just looking for anyone – we're seeking passionate mentors, facilitators, and learning material developers who dare to shape the continent's future. And this is the part most people miss: by joining us, you'll be part of a transformative journey that goes beyond traditional education, fostering innovation, adaptability, and real-world impact.

The Mandela University Africa Hub (visit us at https://www.globalsouthopportunities.com/) is a dynamic platform dedicated to nurturing youth entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and social innovation across Africa. Through personalized mentorship, engaging facilitation, and cutting-edge learning materials, we aim to equip students and graduates with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to thrive in the ever-evolving digital and economic landscape. But what sets us apart? We believe in a holistic approach, integrating emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and blockchain into our programs, while emphasizing the importance of adaptability, resilience, and continuous learning.

Available Roles: Where Do You Fit In?

We're looking for talented individuals to join our team in one or more of the following roles:

  1. Coaches / Mentors: Strategic guides who provide career support, business development advice, and personal growth strategies to our participants. Imagine helping a young entrepreneur turn their vision into reality – that's the impact you could have!

  2. Facilitators: Skilled practitioners who design and deliver interactive workshops, training sessions, and capacity-building programs. Your ability to engage and inspire diverse youth audiences will be key to unlocking their potential.

  3. Learning Material Developers: Creative minds who craft high-quality learning resources, manuals, and training materials. Your work will shape the educational experience of Africa's future leaders, ensuring they're equipped with practical, industry-relevant skills.

What You'll Be Doing: A Sneak Peek

As a valued member of our team, you'll contribute to the Hub's mission through a range of exciting activities, including:

  • Mentorship and Coaching: Guiding participants through one-on-one and group sessions, helping them navigate career pathways, and fostering personal growth and leadership skills.
  • Skills Development: Sharing your expertise in areas like digital market entry, professional branding, and ICT career navigation, while preparing participants for the future of work.
  • Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) Integration: Mentoring participants on leveraging emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and blockchain to drive innovation and solve real-world challenges. But here's a thought-provoking question: How can we ensure these technologies benefit all Africans, not just a select few? We'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
  • Facilitation and Learning Delivery: Designing and delivering engaging, learner-centered workshops and training sessions, using inclusive and participatory approaches to cater to diverse youth audiences.
  • Learning Content Development: Creating and refining practical, accessible learning materials that respond to current industry trends and Hub objectives.

  • A strong grasp of entrepreneurship, ICT, innovation ecosystems, or digital skills development.
